Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order from its page in your account orders until the store starts processing it.

An unpaid order is cancelled straight away. For a paid order, your cancellation request goes to the store, and the refund is made to your original payment method.

Returns after delivery

Returns after delivery are not handled online. Contact the store with your order number.
